Inspiration on Ascension

Standard

Ascension is the journey of evolution towards ‘Universal Humanity’. A universal human is a human being that can see beyond looks, race, gender; is compassionate and loving; operates with energetic integrity; and views all creatures as beings of great value on our planet.

Some describe ascension as the act of meeting or speaking directly with God or the Divine Power Source. Others describe ascension in a literal sense as the soul ‘ascending’ out of the physical body to experience the collective consciousness of all beings.

For those of you who are interested in this interesting topic of energetic development, as I am, here is an awesome video that made me want to run out and hug some dolphins! It talks about the signs of ascension. If you are experiencing these signs, you will thoroughly enjoy this video!

Treatment Report – Lily Session 4

Standard

Quick Update: I treated Lily yesterday for her fourth treatment. She was experiencing a lot of work stress and some relationship problems. I first worked to teach her a meditation she could use to help with her relationship and then we got to the treatment.

I could tell that her mind was all over the place and she was having trouble concentrating. I don’t think it helped much that I stepped on a candle partway through the session spreading candle wax everywhere!

She reported feeling very little, which doesn’t surprise me since she was stuck in her mind for the majority of the session, however she did write me a quick note today saying that she had a fantastic sleep, she felt much more in control today, and felt ‘centered’.

I will be interested to hear how things go with her significant other!

Energetic Integrity Saves the World!

Standard

After listening to a lecture by Manly P Hall a couple of weeks ago I was deeply inspired to restructure my goals.  In his talk he discussed the Human Bio Magnetic Field and its properties. He said that the only way to assure oneself of growth, of happiness, of a good life was through a concept called ‘energetic integrity’.

Integrity is what rules the universe; what governs the fate of man. Integrity is the act of following the universal laws and virtues of nature: honesty, compassion, and love to name a few. By individually acting in accordance with the concept of working towards a greater good of all earth creatures and amongst humans, an individual is acting with integrity and thus her magnetic biofield vibrates/reverberates a message of positivity making that individual stronger, healthier, more successful, and happier. When we act out of integrity, we are manifesting a better future for ourselves and for the world.

When we do not act with the tenants of integrity in mind, parts of our human biofield become broken and we are personally penetrated by the negative act(s) we ourselves perpetrated. When we are selfish, competitive, dishonest, or even when we act out of anger and we gossip, we open ourselves up to the very same acts. However when we act with integrity, we are impenetrable.

After listening, reflecting, and reading a bit more on the topic I was compelled to create a list of goals for myself. As someone whose fifth chakra communicates best through writing, I find that my manifestation-rate is far more effective when I physically write out my intentions and goals. So that is precisely what I did.

I was sure to set goals that would help everyone around me, were in line with my passions and life purpose, and that would enrich the world through my experience.

Number one on my list is to achieve Energetic Integrity so that I might help others to achieve the same and together we might help make the world a better place!

After all, it’s the only home we have and why should we allow ourselves to destroy it’s beauty, not to mention all of the progress we’ve made as a human family. If injecting integrity into our lives individually is all we we need to do to save the world, I say it is a very small price to pay to live on this beautiful planet called Earth.

Quote

“I don’t say anger is wrong, I say anger is energy — pure energy, beautiful energy. When anger arises, be aware of it, and see the miracle happen. When anger arises, be aware of it, and if you are aware you will be surprised; you are in for a surprise — maybe the greatest surprise of your life — that as you become aware, anger disappears. Anger is transformed. Anger becomes pure energy; anger becomes compassion, anger becomes forgiveness, anger becomes love. And you need not repress, so you are not burdened by some poison. And you are not being angry, so you are not hurting anybody. Both are saved: the other, the object of your anger, is saved, and you are saved. In the past, either the object was to suffer, or you were to suffer.”

Bio Energy Healing For Athletes

Standard

To achieve athletic greatness, one must first achieve energetic integrity.

Athletes are individuals who have abnormal physical capabilities. They are humans who can control their bodies to a degree that is above and beyond what is considered ‘normal’. They are physically strong, seemingly energetic, and can move with speed, precision, and finesse. In order to achieve the status of ‘athlete’ one not only needs to train their muscles and hone them to a particular skill-set, but they must also achieve ‘energetic balance’. To achieve the status of athletic greatness however, one must also achieve ‘energetic integrity‘.

Energetic balance requires free-flowing energy through all 7 chakras. When energetic balance is achieved and maintained, an athlete will incur little to no injury, they will recover easily from all athletic feats (workouts, tough competition schedules, etc), and they will obtain the ability to treat their sport as a form of meditation where they are able to perform in a meditative state of being. They will experience less anxiety or nervousness and they will move with an endless flow of passion and creativity allowing them to excel to high levels.

Energetic integrity is based on the laws of the human magnetic field. This field that surrounds the body can work as a force field however it can become weakened by acts committed by the individual that go against the universal laws of ethics and humanity. In order for an athlete to achieve ‘energetic integrity’ they must act, in all instances (on and off the field), with integrity. Never out of selfishness, greed, manipulation or hypocrisy. Always from a place of passion, honesty, and humility; for the purposes of pure-play and fair competition (as opposed to the purposes of making money or becoming famous)-with the ultimate goal of inspiring.

Two perfect examples of great athletes who achieved both energetic balance and energetic integrity are Lionel Messi and Aryton Senna (pictured above). Their natural talents  and balanced energy systems allowed them to become good enough athletes to get noticed by the ‘big leagues’ but their personal integrity backed by their personal passion is what allowed them to become great. In both cases it was religious beliefs (or spirituality) that taught each to live and act with integrity (though I will duly note that religion is not necessary for an individual to follow the universal laws of ethics and humanity). Not only did they each achieve unmatched greatness in their sport, but they also helped many others along the way. Aryton Senna is personally responsible for giving hope to his entire country of Brasil during a time of extreme poverty when people were completely destitute and hopeless while Lionel Messi is known for his generous charitable contributions to his native Argentina. Both have inspired millions of people worldwide.

If you happen to be an athlete who has been resting (not-so)comfortably on your physically-gifted-laurels and you dream of achieving athletic greatness, consider learning more about your subtle body and its relationship to integrity. An easy way to work towards step 1 of the athletic journey is Bio Energy Healing. It can easily help an athlete achieve energetic balance by detoxifying, unblocking, and balancing the 7 chakras.

If you’re interested in achieving energetic integrity I’m afraid that’s up to you; the individual. When you achieve it, you will no doubt reach greatness.

Quote

People are continuously asking for something in return. Their love is conditional. They say, ’Make me happy, make me joyful, then I will love you.’ Their love has a condition to it, a bargain. They are completely blind. They don’t know that by loving, joy automatically arises. It is a spontaneous by-product. So just be loving.

Solar Plexus Chakra: The Power Center

Standard

Your Solar Plexus Chakra is located just below your ribcage, approximately 2 inches above your naval and represented by the color yellow.

Your Solar Plexus Chakra is called the power center because it is developing at the time in your life when you begin to make your own decisions and test limits. Some people call this the ‘terrible-twos’ however what is actually occurring during this time in human development is a connection to the outside world as the young human begins to move freely with more developed dexterity. At this time, the child is learning how to relate to the outside world through action. While chakra 1 relates to the physical body (and its survival in the beginning) and chakra 2 relates to the emotional realm of feelings, chakra 3 – the Solar Plexus, combines the physical and the emotional to relate to and inside of the outside world of things, rules, language, and other people.

When we are adults, who we are in the world; our actions, our self esteem, our self confidence, and our self respect, is expressed energetically through this chakra. If this chakra becomes imbalanced or blocked some of the physical ailments include poor digestion, ulcers, diabetes, hypoglycemia, arthritis, pancreas and liver malfunction. Some of the emotional side effects of a blocked SPC include fear, hate, indifference, stress, self-loathing, need for power, narcissism, or manipulation.

A healthy SPC is characterized by the experience of happiness and joy through work, good digestion, balanced relationships, and an ease with which one can be themselves.
