This week I downloaded Advanced Chakra Wisdom by Cyndi Dale. Her voice sounds like what I would imagine a fairy’s voice would sound like but the information she provides is great.
I learned some in-depth information about the Chakras, but I also enjoyed her guided meditations–even though I do admit that her etheric-fairy-voice put me to sleep a couple of times!
In any case, if you’re interested in the Subtle Body, Energy, or learning how to become a master of your own body, I suggest you read or download some of Cydi Dale’s work.

I worked on Gabriella today for her third treatment. Since her second treatment she said that she feels more optimistic and more calm. She reported a better relationship with her partner; she feels noticeably less angry and explosive when a disagreement occurs. She also said that she received feedback from a friend who stated that there was a noticeable change in her energy.
My favorite part of her report however was when she said that she was having a lot of trouble explaining the treatments to friends as most people discount it as hocus-pocus. I say welcome to the club! You’re either open to it… or you’re not!
Today I worked on her sacral chakra, throat chakra, and her brow chakra. She said she could feel tingling in her arm this time and asked if that was normal (it is, some however are more sensitive to energy than others). After the session I gave her some tips on how to meditate and she reported feeling great.
I’ll be interested to see how much changes after this 3rd session. Personally I felt very in-tuned with Gabe through out the session. My thoughts were focused, my breathing was smooth and consistent, and I could feel that I didn’t lose connection with her energy through out the session.
Before the session began I felt very tired from my work day and was slightly anxious that the session would not be as good as it could be, but as soon as we began I was able to focus my presence. I felt happy about that.
I look forward to hearing her update on how today’s session went! I think it was one of the best yet!
I am re-listening to the speech given by Manly P. Hall. Here is a quote I found interesting:
“Meditation is a mood for the distribution of energy. The power of meditation has to do with the use of magnetic energy. Therefore the problem of meditation is very simple. You say to yourself; I want to develop a higher grade or higher level of integrity, therefore through meditation and the dedication of the highest principles that I know, I will achieve a great improvement in character.”
– Manly Palmer Hall
According to MPH, ‘Integrity’ is what keeps the Human Bio Energy Field healthy and impenetrable.
Manifestation is the act of making your inspiration a reality. Through meditation, intention-setting, the clearing of the subtle energy streams and of course laser-sharp focus, one can manifest their dreams.
For the past couple of months I have been working towards moving in the direction of my ‘true-life’s purpose’ because what I desire is for my life to be a positive contribution to the world of the best possible concoction. As I come closer and closer to this realization; the exact nature of my life purpose as well as all of the steps needed to get me there, I am slowly but consciously learning the ways of manifestation.
As I first began to concentrate on my true desire, what I learned was that things are very quiet at first; as one learns how to meditate and focus their attention clearly much waiting is necessary. But as soon as things begin to manifest into reality, things begin to happen rapidly and excitement follows.
This week great things are beginning to happen for me. My dreams of becoming an amazing coach and role model to young female athletes is beginning to take shape and I am beginning to see each puzzle piece laid out before my eyes.
…time to meditate.
I just completed the 2nd day of a 3-day sports camp that I am teaching for girls. The camp is a Strength & Conditioning Camp that also focuses specifically on Women’s Field Lacrosse and today we learned about energy and meditation. The girls got their very first introduction to their energy system and they learned how to meditate with clear intentions so they can play with clear minds. After their very first lesson on meditation I took the group through a guided meditation and an hour long yoga class. By the end they were calm and relaxed – some even fell asleep.
It felt great being the first person in these girls’ life to teach them the importance of meditation, explain to them what the subtle energy field is, and how they can apply certain techniques to improve their athletic performance. They were all receptive and noticeably intrigued.
I’ve heard people say that teenagers are a handful, or that they are dumb, or that they think they know everything.
I think teenagers are wonderful.
They are always waiting intently for the rare moments when adults will share some information with them that actually makes sense and challenges their busy minds. The problem, in my opinion, is that we just don’t do it enough.
I tried this meditation with the tips given by Deepak Chopra. I could feel strong buzzing in my hands and feet. It was cool!
- Sit in a comfortable position. If you’re in a chair, take off your shoes and place your feet flat on the ground with your palms on your knees and your spine aligned.
- Make sure you will not be disturbed
- Think of an intention. My intention was: “I am moving towards my true life’s purpose”, your intention can be anything from “I am creating good health” to “I am open to love and romance”
- Be ready to use the techniques discussed in yesterday’s video
- Then play this video on your computer with headphones on or through speakers loudly to drown out any competing sound:
I have no idea what bliss coded sound is but I tried it and it felt neat!
Here is Deepak Chopra explaining the Law of Attraction, aka manifestation.
Lately I have been learning about the concept of manifestation or the practice of willing things that you desire to into your life. Also known in the mainstream as ‘The Secret’.
Manifestation is not a new-age concept, in fact people have been using manifestation for many years. Every time you write down a list of your goals and post it on the wall you are manifesting. When you write down a list of what your dream-man looks like and then you pray that he waltzes through your door, you are manifesting. Even when you sit at your desk daydreaming about that upcoming trip to Costa Rica, you are indeed manifesting.
Unfortunately every time you imagine something terrible or negative is going to happen to you, you are also manifesting. Many people spend far too much time in this negative thought space and thus they often achieve the opposite of their hearts desires.
Currently I am working on manifesting a move towards my ‘true life’s purpose’ – an idea that has eluded me for far too long! Career-wise that means a career that uses my unique skill set while giving back to the community. Personally that means finding balance in my relationships; with myself and with others.
I am excited to finish my Bio Energy Healing practitioners certification so that I can help others to heal themselves energetically and so I can continue to learn about my body from this new perspective. I am also working on manifesting a healthy and balanced energy system through regular mediation and practicing constant consciousness.
As I have leaped into this new way of thinking, my figurative Earth-Witch pants are beginning to give me a wedgie! I just hope it’s not so noticeable that I am walking around with a camel toe!
Here is a video of famous seer and philosopher, Osho, talking about being silent.
He has a very wise way of speaking and you can tell that he is waiting to receive an answer from ‘another source’ before he begins speaking.
He’s great, I truly appreciate his universal intelligence.
With our busy North American schedules, where we are doing many tasks at once, it becomes normal to be out of control of your mind. Your mind instead rules you and your body seems to move on autopilot. In fact some people actually disassociate from their bodies seeing their bodies as a separate entity all together.
An easy way to begin moving yourself into consciousness is to regularly check-in with yourself throughout the day and have mini-meditation sessions meant to work towards being inside of your body, without thought.
Try it now.
Take 30 seconds, right at your desk, or at the bus stop, or where ever you happen to be.
Just be where you are without thinking about it. Practice being aware and conscious without thought. When a thought pops into your mind, as it will due to constant habit, watch it float by.
Feel what it feels like to have no thoughts and continue to work on achieving this state by practicing this exercise many times through out the day.
Eventually, with practice, you will be able to simply be inside of yourself without the relentless steam of thoughts that keep you from consciousness.
*Why is this important? It is important to be conscious; to know how you are feeling, in order to be in control of your life and to make decisions that are closer in alignment with your unique purpose. If you are constantly moving unconsciously you are constantly moving away and outside of your self.*
